Terms of Use

Effective: August 26, 2026

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By creating or accessing an account, you agree not to create, publish, request, transmit, promote, or assist illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, harassing, deceptive, violent, or otherwise objectionable content or behavior.

1. Acceptance

You must read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy before registering or signing in to YaTut'Ye. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account credentials, device security, and activity performed through your account. Use accurate account information, do not impersonate others, and promptly secure or delete an account you can no longer control.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

4. Public content moderation

YaTut'Ye may automatically filter public posts, comments, channel content, group content, usernames, media, or links to reduce objectionable material. Public content may be checked by YaTut'Ye's internal AI-assisted safety systems. If internal text moderation is unavailable, public text may also be processed by DigitalOcean GenAI solely for safety classification. Images used for automated moderation are processed by YaTut'Ye's internal infrastructure. Automated filtering is not perfect and does not replace user reports or human review.

Every user can report objectionable public content. You can also use Block user and report; this immediately removes that author's content from your feed and sends the content and account to the developer's moderation queue. Reported material is reviewed and acted on as soon as practicable, with a target of no more than 24 hours. Action may include content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, permanent termination, and referral to authorities where legally required.

5. Private communications

Users control whom they contact and can block unwanted contacts. Peer-to-peer communication improves privacy but does not permit unlawful or abusive use. Recipients remain responsible for reporting threats or illegal conduct through the available safety and support channels.

6. AI features

AI features are optional and require separate informed consent before data is transmitted for AI processing. AI responses may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions, and do not submit prohibited content or data you are not authorized to process.

7. Enforcement and termination

YaTut'Ye may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or abuse the service. Serious violations may result in immediate termination. You may permanently delete your account at any time from the app's Settings.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change to improve security, reliability, compliance, or functionality. These Terms may be updated; continued use after notice of material changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Contact

Use the YaTut'Ye support page for safety, legal, account, or technical questions.
